Alina Mocanca is a visual artist based in Berlin. Creating visual material in a variety of forms, from hand drawn and digital illustration to 3D modeling and animation, has always been her passion. She has lived in various countries, such as Italy, France, Ireland, Argentina and now Germany. Formally an architect, she considers herself a self-taught and believes in peer to peer collaboration.

Her goal and interest is to create images, environments and experiences that communicate on a variety of levels with the audience, establishing a more spontaneous connexion with the spectator. This is the reason why she was attracted by the real time use of her creations and the virtual reality.
